Job Description:
We're looking for an Account Manager who is a self-starter and possesses excellent communication skills, as well as a passion for the cannabis industry. You will need to be highly goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets. You will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will report directly to the Market Manager and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies. The ideal candidate will be able to travel up to 80% of the work week and have reliable transportation.

Work Environment:
This job requires 80% of time on the road traveling between clients. Meeting with current and potential customers. Also required to visit all dispensaries carrying Grön product to ensure adequate inventory levels and maintain working relationships. Subject to regular DMV Motor Vehicle Records checks for insurance purposes.
Physical Demands:
Sitting for prolonged periods of time while traveling or working from desk-based office environment. Ability to lift 15-30lbs occasionally. Ability to use hands for building/assembling marketing materials.
Compensation:
This position starts at $60,000/year base salary with commission structure (explained during interview)
